The Golden Valley Development (Cheltenham)

The Golden Valley Development in Cheltenham is home to Cyber Central, the UK's focal point of activity in cyber security. Strategically located beside GCHQ in West Cheltenham, the 200-hectares site will be transformed into a world-class, multi-purpose development with the UK’s first cyber focused campus, Cyber Central.

The Forum (Gloucester)

The Forum is one of the city’s most exciting projects. Consisting of two major developments, One Cathedral View and The Forum, the project will include 125,000ft of office space, an innovation and co-working hub, a 4-star boutique hotel, retail & dining space, car parking and cathedral view apartments. The Forum’s vision is to be a digital campus and is being developed by the Reef Group alongside the City Council. It is due for completion in 2023. Situated in the heart of the City and adjacent to the transport hub, residents and employees can enjoy urban culture with easy access to rural pursuits in the Cotswolds.

The Quadrangle (Cheltenham)

The Quadrangle, a 1970s landmark, has been re-imagined to create contemporary 70,000sq ft commercial space. Four storeys of premium office space have been designed to meet the needs of Cheltenham’s vibrant 21st century business community. Its prime location offers exceptional retail and café venues on the ground floor, with the exciting addition of a roof-top restaurant offering diners views across the tree tops of Montpellier. It has strong links to public transport and the road networks.

Tewkesbury Business Park

A modern mixed-use park providing a variety of high-quality workspace, including: serviced office space, industrial, storage and distribution units. Located adjacent to Junction 9 of the M5, it is home to both Multinationals and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and examples of resident companies, include: Duraflex, L-3 TRL Technology Ltd, AMAG, Moog and Basepoint Business Centre.
The overall park consists of two business parks, two trading estates, a retail park and a business centre.

Digital Innovation Farm Tech Box Park (FoD)

A new Digital Innovation Farm Tech Box Park at Hartpury College & University is in development and will see it expand its range of agriculture facilities. Tech Box Park will create a new kind of workspace and will feature five Tech Box units (10 x 40ft), providing innovative, self-contained working space which will be sustainably built using repurposed shipping containers clad in cedar wood.
The £2million facility will provide dedicated working space and support packages, access to Hartpury Farm and an extended farming network for practical trials, and feasibility testing across the county where businesses can explore, test, research and develop new products, or enhance existing ones.

Farm491 (Cotswolds)

Farm491 is a leading UK based innovation space focused on the future of farming and food systems. Based at the Royal Agricultural University, Farm491 support entrepreneurs as they advance their business with potential for impact in the agricultural sector.
There are three sites to cater for different business needs. The Alliston Centre and Trent Lodge provides modern incubation space for start ups with dedicated offices, hot desking space, meeting rooms, shared amenities and plenty of parking. Harnhill Workshops provide collaborative working and workshop space. The sites are located in and around Cirencester in the heart of the agricultural landscape of the Cotswolds.

Stonehouse Business Park (Stroud)

Stonehouse Park is a modern, well-established business location which has been developed with a range of high-quality office and manufacturing facilities. The business park is extremely well positioned, close to the M5 and within a short distance from local amenities.
