A busy Autumn for Invest in Gloucestershire

The Invest in Gloucestershire team have had a very productive year so far and the autumn looks set to be filled with plenty of activity and visits from overseas delegations.

With the UK’s focus on tech related events including DSEI and the International Cyber Expo in London in September, this has harnessed good interest in Gloucestershire’s cyber network. Particularly as a result of the launch of the recent ‘Cyber in Gloucestershire High Potential Opportunity’. The team, in collaboration with CyNam, have been asked to attend a roundtable event at Australia House hosted by Austrade where they will have the opportunity to meet cyber related firms looking to expand their activities into the UK.
 
They are also working with the Department of Business and Trade and the British Embassy in Madrid, where they will be presenting to a Spanish delegation as part of Cyber Expo London. The team will make a formal presentation on the fantastic growth opportunities available in Gloucestershire. Towards the end of the month, they are also hosting a delegation from India in Gloucestershire.

They also focusing on potential attendance at Agri-tech / green economy themed events later in the year and other great lead generating exhibitions. Watch this space for more news and activities from Invest in Gloucestershire.
