The Department for International Trade visits Gloucestershire

24 July 2019

The Agri-Tech organisation from the Department for International Trade visited Gloucestershire for a day to learn about our county’s Agri-Tech offer.

This organisation is the first port of call for overseas companies looking for investment opportunities in the UK and for UK-based companies seeking to expand their international business, so their visit represented an important milestone for our inward investment team.

The visit, hosted at Hartpury University and Hartpury College, The Growth Hub at Gloucester and Farm491 at the Royal Agricultural University, gave our team an incredible opportunity to present and promote Gloucestershire’s capabilities within the Agri-Tech sector and to create stronger links with the Department for International Trade.
