Invest in Gloucestershire present to Spanish cybersecurity delegation

The Invest in Gloucestershire team recently presented at the Opportunities in the UK market for Spanish cybersecurity companies event at Canary Wharf in London as part of Cyber Expo London.

This was organised by the British Embassy in Madrid and The Spanish National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE) who were hosting a delegation of ten start-up companies.

The prestigious event included a keynote presentation from Chris Moore, Technology Specialist at the Department of Business and Trade; Daniel Cuthbert, Global Head of Cybersecurity Research, Santander UK and Alvaro Nadal, Head of Economic and Commercial, Spanish Embassy London. The start-up companies were invited to pitch their businesses to the audience and then hear the success stories of other Spanish firms and their success in the UK.

The team made a formal presentation on the 'Cyber in Gloucestershire Offer' which focused on the fantastic growth opportunities available. There was also the opportunity to network and explore further opportunities with INCIBE and the Spanish companies.
