The importance of trade shows and congresses for our inward investment project

Attendance to domestic and international congresses, meetings and fairs play a big part in Invest in Gloucestershire’s work, as they present an excellent opportunity to meet with prospective partners in order to present the amazing business possibilities that our county has to offer.

Our busy agenda includes events and meetings for all strategic sectors, including cyber-tech, advanced manufacturing, Agri-Tech and renewable energy.

Further to attending global and local events to promote Gloucestershire and attract new investors, the Invest in Gloucestershire project is also focused on ensuring existing investors in the county are looked after and supported. In collaboration with local authority partners, a comprehensive account management program is currently underway, ensuring international investors are given the best support to invest, innovate and grow.
